Rehabilitation of South Cherry Street from Riverview Park to Main Street in the City of Flushing, Genesee County, Michigan. Work includes cold milling, pavement removal, pavement repairs, HMA paving, and pavement markings.

The Project includes 0.70 miles of various road improvements on West Rolston Road from N. Bridge Street to the city limits. These improvements include full reconstruction, crush and shape, mill and resurface, and driveway replacements.

The Project includes exposing 147 water service lines, 18 inches each side of the curb stop box, at various locations across the city with hydro excavation methods and restoring any disturbed areas to their original condition with new materials.  Where lead services are found, the Contractor will install a new service as directed.  The purpose of this project is to identify water service line material to populate an inventory list in accordance with Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) lead and copper rule.
