The Project includes exposing 331 water service lines at various locations in Grand Blanc Township with Hydro Vac Excavation methods. Replace water stop boxes with Owner-supplied new boxes and rods as directed. Identify water service line material to populate a Complete Distribution System Materials Inventory (CDSMI) list in accordance with the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) Lead and Copper rules. Restore disturbed areas to their original condition.
