ROWE Professional Services Company recognized as one of "Flint & Genesee's Top 10 Employers"

(Flint, MI) ROWE is proud to announce that it has been named one of "Flint & Genesee's Top 10 Employers" in a new recognition program from the Flint & Genesee Group. Honorees were unveiled in the September/October edition of AND, the Group's bimonthly business magazine.

"With 'people' being one of our core values, this recognition is an honor, and we are so proud of our team and the steps our firm has taken to provide a safe, inclusive, and exceptional work environment," said Lori Mudge, PHR, Chief Talent Office and Principal at ROWE.

Applications for the program opened in April and were received and scored by an external committee comprised of human resources and leadership consultants.  According to Tim Herman, CEO of the Flint & Genesee Group, while the honorees vary in size, scope, and industry, they share a commitment to creating a positive employee experience through prioritizing employee engagement and voice, creating inclusive and supportive environments, and providing opportunities for advancement.

"These employers set the bar for what makes a great place to work in our community," Herman said.
